Return & Exchange Policy

At Beast Cricket, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges under the following circumstances:
•    Defective or damaged product received
•    Misprinted or incorrect product delivered
•    Wrong size or wrong colour received or ordered

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for exchange:
•    Item must be unused and unworn
•    Item must be in its original packaging
•    Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
•    Items that have been used, washed, or altered
•    Items not in original packaging
•    Exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery

3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
•    Contact us at sales@beastcricket.com or call +91 98403 26919 within 7 days of receiving your order
•    Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photo/video evidence of the defect or damage
•    Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
•    Upon approval, ship the item back to our return address (see Section 5)
•    Exchange will be processed within 3–4 business days of receiving the returned item

4. Return Shipping
Beast Cricket will bear the cost of return shipping for approved exchange requests. We will arrange or reimburse the return shipping upon approval of your request.

Please do not return any item without prior approval from our team.

6. Proof Required for Damage / Defect Claims
For defective, misprinted, or damaged items, customers must submit clear photo or video evidence of the issue along with their exchange request. Claims without supporting evidence may not be processed.

7. International Orders
Our exchange policy applies equally to international orders. The same 7-day window and conditions apply. Please contact us at sales@beastcricket.com to coordinate the return shipment for international exchanges.

8. Refund Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds on delivered orders. Exchanges are provided in place of refunds for eligible cases.
Order cancellations made before shipment may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, processed within 10 working days of approval.
